Wendover was tasked with the complete renovation of a penthouse apartment on one of London’s most distinguished streets, just steps from Marylebone and Regent’s Park.

 

The result is a bright and spacious family home spanning 350 square meters, with a logical, well-proportioned layout replacing the original maze of small rooms and narrow corridors. Existing roof lanterns were transformed into striking “Turner Skylights,” flooding the interiors with natural light and highlighting the home’s clean lines and bold materials.

 

In the primary bathroom, we leaned into the idea of a shared “his and hers” space, splitting the room with two bold swathes of marble in blush pink and deep green. Here and throughout, the design reflects Wendover’s signature approach: timeless, yet daring, with exceptional stonework and playful contrasts.
