Located within a historic building in New York City's Flatiron District, this boutique workplace was designed for MUBI as part of our ongoing collaboration with the global film platform. The approach takes cues from Donald Judd's iconic home and studio on Spring Street, responding to similar spatial conditions through a restrained palette, carefully considered interventions, and an emphasis on light, proportion, and functionality. Respecting the character of the existing building while creating a calm and contemporary working environment, the project reflects Wendover's commitment to thoughtful, context driven design and marks the practice's first completed commission in North America.
